Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing any course, membership or programme provided by Truth Beauty Academy you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Academy’s content.

All users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.

Course Access & License

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course materials for your personal educational use only.

This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

You may not:

  • Share your login details with any third party
  • Allow another person to access the course using your account
  • Copy, modify, reproduce or redistribute course materials
  • Screenshot, screen record or duplicate video content
  • Download and share training manuals or resources
  • Use course materials to create your own training programme
  • Resell or distribute any content
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Any breach of this section will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, manuals, documents, branding and resources, are the intellectual property of Truth Beauty Academy and are protected by copyright law.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer

The materials on the website are provided 'as is'. Truth Beauty Academy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Truth Beauty Academy does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the courses and immediate access to materials upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

Refunds will not be issued due to failure to complete payment plan instalments or disputes raised with third-party payment providers.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Accreditation & International Students

Truth Beauty Academy courses are accredited by ABT within the United Kingdom.

Students residing outside of the UK are responsible for checking whether an ABT accredited qualification is recognised and accepted in their country before purchasing.

Truth Beauty Academy does not guarantee student qualification acceptance by individual insurance providers. Students are responsible for confirming insurance eligibility prior to enrolment.

No refunds will be issued on the basis of accreditation recognition or insurance eligibility outside the UK.

Certification

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all required case studies and assessments.

Truth Beauty Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if required standards are not met.

Certificates will not be issued where full payment has not been received.

Limitation of Liability

Course materials are provided for educational purposes only.

Truth Beauty Academy makes no guarantees regarding individual business success, income or client growth.

We shall not be held liable for any loss of profit, business interruption, or damages arising from use of our training materials.

Revisions

The materials may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Truth Beauty Academy does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. The Academy may make changes to the materials contained on its site at any time without notice. The Academy does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Termination of Access

Truth Beauty Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any course without refund if a student:

  • Breaches these Terms of Use
  • Shares login credentials
  • Copies or distributes course materials
  • Engages in abusive or inappropriate behaviour

Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered via Teachable or third-party providers (including but not limited to Klarna or PayPal), students agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of course access
  • Removal from student support groups
  • Withholding of certification

Truth Beauty Academy reserves the right to recover outstanding payments where applicable.

Students remain responsible for the full course fee regardless of whether they complete the course.

Lifetime Access

Where “lifetime access” is stated, this refers to access for the lifetime of the course while it remains available on the Academy’s chosen platform.

Truth Beauty Academy reserves the right to modify, update, replace or discontinue course content or hosting platforms where necessary.

Access may be withdrawn in cases of breach of these Terms.

Truth Beauty Academy has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Academy. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Terms of Use Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Academy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
